These Terms of Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of www.scssolutionspro.com and services offered by Sound Cleaning & Solutions LLC. 

1. Services
Sound Cleaning & Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services within our designated service area. All services must be scheduled in advance.

2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit card, ACH, and cash.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A fee may apply for late cancellations.

4. Liability
While we take great care during services, we are not liable for damages due to pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or unreported hazards.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy or reuse it without written consent.

6. Modifications
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
